IntelliPay™
receives Compliance acceptance for the Visa Cardholder Information Security
Program (CISP)
January 2005 - The Cardholder Information Security Program (CISP) establishes a
set of 12 industry-wide requirements designed to protect sensitive information
from being compromised. These requirements, which also include numerous
sub-requirements, are directed at all businesses that store, process, or
transmit cardholder information. This announcement demonstrates IntelliPay™'s
commitment to protecting the confidentiality and integrity of cardholder data
and personal data that make purchases from merchants using the IntelliPay™
payment gateway.
Visa USA is pleased to accept IntelliPay™'s Visa CISP Report on Compliance, based
on the assessment and opinion of Ambiron,
LLC.
How CISP Compliance Works
CISP compliance is required of all merchants and service providers that store,
process, or transmit Visa cardholder data. The program applies to all payment
channels, including retail (brick-and-mortar), mail/telephone order, and
e-commerce. To achieve compliance with CISP, merchants and service providers
must adhere to the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard, which
offers a single approach to safeguarding sensitive data for all card brands.
This Standard is a result of a collaboration between Visa and MasterCard and is
designed to create common industry security requirements, incorporating the
CISP requirements.

Ambiron recommends IntelliPay™ for MasterCard Site Data Protection (SDP) Program
MasterCard Site Data Protection Program (SDP) requires all e-commerce merchants
and Member Service Providers (MSP) successfully scan their Web Infrastructure
on a continual basis. Ambiron conducted a SDP scan for IntelliPay™, Inc. with a
goal of having minimal bandwidth impact. Based upon the evidence of no High
Level risks within the environment, Ambiron recommends IntelliPay™, Inc. for SDP
Compliance.
